VP of Customer Experience

Natalie leads ERS’s efforts to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and positive experience. Overseeing onboarding, support, and front-end development, Natalie’s focus is on delivering exceptional service and making it easier for every ERS user to succeed.

Bradley Friemel

Chief Technology Officer

Bradley leads the ERS technology team, driving innovative solutions to help event rental businesses succeed. With his experience of leading more than 10 groundbreaking projects, Bradley focuses on developing tools that meet customer needs and support the company’s goals.

Lezlie Bicknell

Director of Customer Support

Lezlie has been with the company since its inception, playing a pivotal role in supporting customers and helping them achieve success by maximizing their system benefits. A dedicated leader and problem-solver, she is known for her commitment to building strong relationships with her team and customers. Outside of work, Lezlie is all about family. Married for 35 years, she is the proud mother of 3 and Nana to 5 wonderful grandchildren. Her family-first values and extensive experience make her a valued contributor to the company’s success.

Brad Thorson

Director of Customer Success

Brad leads the Customer Success Team and has been involved with ERS, DRS and TRS for more than 14 years. Brad has worked in the party rental industry for more than a decade while also working in a number of other industries building strong customer relationships along the way. He has more than a decade of digital marketing experience and continues to assist business owners in establishing a strong web presence while at the same time working to serve their customers. His focus on customers continues within the company as well as with our customers.

Billing and Administrative Manager

Susie has been a cornerstone of our team for over 13 years, bringing dedication and expertise to her role as Office and Billing Manager. Known for her exceptional service and commitment, she ensures that our customers receive timely billing and outstanding support. Her deep knowledge of our processes, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex tasks seamlessly make her an invaluable resource for both our team and our users.
